Data processing policy - Art. 13 Privacy Code (D. Lgs. 196/2003 consolidated).

We share data with authorities, public entities, professionals, autonomous collaborators, also in associated form, business partners, and so with all third parties who collaborate with us in financial, professional and technical endeavors to handle the website, third parties in case of mergers, acquisitions, company sale or part of the company or other extraordinary operations.
These third parties receive only the information necessary to perform their functions; they undertake to use the data received only for the purposes mentioned above, to keep them confidential and safe and to act in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Third parties who receive the data will treat them as Controllers, Supervisors, or person in charge of the process, depending on the occasion, for the purposes mentioned above and in total respect of applicable privacy laws. Data are not communicated to third parties for marketing purposes and are not shared.

User’s rights

You can, at any given moment, exercise the rights acknowledged under art. 7, Privacy Code, to receive a confirmation of the existence of any data that might concern you, verify content, origin, exactness, ask for integration, update, rectification, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data for any violation, and you can oppose the treatment for any legitimate reason. In order to exercise your privacy rights, you should contact the Controller or the Supervisor.
